President and CEO, Mr. Edward Challita, has more than 16 years of IT background. Among those experiences, 8 years were specialized in government contracting with a focus on intelligence, linguistics and Cyber Security. Mr.Challita thrives to offer his experience and bring his team resources to the urgent need of the public and private sector in securing their networks.

Mrs. Sarah Riggs – Business Manager

Ms. Sarah Riggs, joined the ECI team in 2014. She brings with her more than 15 years experience in the Intelligence Community.Among those experiences, Ms. Riggs specialized in contract and program management as well as marketing and business development.Ms. Riggs holds a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Stephan Popovich – Business Development

Director of Business Development, Mr. Stephan Popovich joined the ECI team in 2014. He brings with him has more than 30 years experience in the intelligence community. Mr. Popovich is also retired from the US Air Force. Among those experiences, Mr. Popovich specializes in secure systems solutions, capture management, business development and marketing small businesses within the intelligence community.

Mrs. Olga Chernova – Marketing

Mrs. Olga Chernova, joined the ECI team in 2012 as Director of Marketing. With more than 8 years experience in marketing, she specializes in business development and sales to the Federal Government. Mrs. Chernova holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Management.
