President and CEO, Mr. Edward Challita, has more than 16 years of IT background. Among those experiences, 8 years were specialized in government contracting with a focus on intelligence, linguistics and Cyber Security. Mr.Challita thrives to offer his experience and bring his team resources to the urgent need of the public and private sector in securing their networks.
Mrs. Jean Taylor – Senior Executive
Significant history of managing IT programs with over 100 participants made up of employees technology partners, and client by employing strategic relationship building in combination with structured life-cycle methodologies and tool-sets (CMMI, Agile methodologies, IT infrastructure Library- ITIL, Rational unified process – RUP and Earned Value Management – EVM).
Stephan Popovich – Business Development
Director of Business Development, Mr. Stephan Popovich joined the ECI team in 2014. He brings with him has more than 30 years experience in the intelligence community. Mr. Popovich is also retired from the US Air Force. Among those experiences, Mr. Popovich specializes in secure systems solutions, capture management, business development and marketing small businesses within the intelligence community.
